I’m almost 36 weeks with my second baby, so I’ll be going to doctor appointments weekly from here on. I usually plan my appointments around my husband’s work schedule so he can watch our two-year-old. Next week though I couldn’t get an appointment that would work. I don’t have any family close by so my options are to bring my son with me or try to find a babysitter.

Any other moms bring their toddlers to their appointments (particularly in the last month when they do cervical checks) and had it go okay? Or would it just be better to find a babysitter? Generally my son is pretty well-behaved, but he can get excitable in new situations.
