Allergic reaction to nails..

I think I had an allergic reaction to fake dip powder nails. I got them done last night. Everything seemed fine. The nail salon was as clean as could be, I was actually really impressed by that. I got them done around like, 7 pm. Around 10 I went to bed and they were starting to itch, hurt and kind of swell. I fell asleep for a few hours until I had to wake up to go pick up my hubby from work. My fingers were really itchy and tingling. I decided when we got back home I needed to soak them off with acetone so I did. The itching and swelling went away almost immediately after I removed them but my fingers were still tingling a little..we went to bed and when I woke up today I felt like absolute shit. Fatigued, neck ache, throat ache, terrible headache and some nausea. I’ve felt like crap all day and am just soo tired. I even had to call into work. Do you think all these symptoms have anything to do with the reaction I was having to the nails? Or does it sound like just a coincidence? What should I do? I took some Tylenol, not sure if I should really go and be seen or what. Im sure it’s definitely not an emergency.
