Multiple ovulation! ???

OK. I’m 45 and have had 4 children with my previous partner. My fiancé and I are now trying for a baby (his first he is 27). I’m doing the clear blue advanced fertility monitor for two months and nothing and this month started another NHS strip pack testing LH levels and Glow. I input into glow all my irregular periods since December 18 and it said I would ovulate today, but clear blue testing suggested my peak days (using their testing kit was Tuesday and Wednesday this week). Glow’s analysis of the nhs strips interesting didn’t quite reach positive so that remained negative. So we got busy and tired(!). This morning clear blue says low but the NHS strips are clearly the darkest they have been an confused I took to the internet. Multiple ovulation. Anyone experience of this. Ps I am also a transplant patient and had folfox chemotherapy in 2015 (last baby 2012) so I am really nervous about not getting pregnant at all - so any words of advice on this journey. Am attaching today’s test strip from NHS (pink) and the test stick from the digital clearblue that says low today (blue). Control line on right. !🧐
