To discard or include bbt?!
Random spike in bbt one day, now based on my full luteal phase being in there, if I include this temp I’m at 19dpo, if I discard it I’m at 14dpo...
I’m confused. In early luteal if I didnt discard it would not pick up ovulation at all.... now that I have more data points I wanted to include it so I swapped and this was the result... confused.
