I’m so confused

Okay so I’m always posting depo questions but I honestly didn’t want to get on it. The hospital gave it to after I had my son without even giving me a fact sheet or anything. So I was supposed to get my shot March 26th, did not get it. May 12th I had a one day bleeding spell, which I assumed was my period. It’s not June 20th and I haven’t had another “period”. My discharge is VERY different than normal but no blood. I know that post-depo periods are irregular or whatever but I mean should I even be expecting a period?
