Cramping in early pregnancy?

I’m 4ish weeks. They come and go- and are pretty mild. Nothing like AF cramps. Should I worry or is this normal? It’s not one sided, it’s just like the whole thing. Kinda like a stomach ache to.

Normal. I used to run to the washroom thinking that i was bleeding because of the cramps
