Curious?

Okay I had a blighted ovum 3 months ago. 2 weeks later I started birth control pills. I got my period the first month for maybe 3 days. I have not received my second period and just started my 3rd month pack this recent Sunday. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative . I have really similar period like pains as in upset stomach, back pain, major headaches, lost of hunger and discharge. I’m just wondering is it possible to become pregnant? I was on birth control form the age 14-15 after I had to have an abortion due to personal reasons at the time. I never once missed a period like I am now. I’m not trying to put too much thought into this.
