Should I feel bad?

For not letting my baby go to my mama's house because she smokes and her house smells like smoke? I don't want my baby to be subjected to the smell of smoke nor do I want her to smell like smoke. She knows she's more than welcome to come over here anytime she likes to see her. She had nine months to stop smoking and she didn't even though she said she would. I feel like this is the natural consequence. She compared her cigarette smoke to the smell of dogs because I have three.
