Okay I’m in the middle of a panic episode and help

I posted on here a few days ago and I have not been able to go to the doctors to get it checked because my mom won’t let me. I’m turning 18 in July I’m about to be an adult so I’m confused ANYWAYS... I had protected sex with my fwb the other day and we had very rough hard sex and right when I got home I noticed this slit type sore in the opening of my vagina... I don’t think it’s an STD because it wouldn’t just show up like that but I really don’t know😳 I’m fucking scared and confused... the dry skin you see and that lil tear is from not using lube like I should have but it was a passionate moment and I was okay BUT the aftermath not so much.....

Don’t be mean or anything I’m just asking for help and comfort maybe one of you ladies had a vagina tear like this or maybe this isn’t what I think it is idk I need help :(
