Peeling nails
In the last few weeks my nails have been peeling like mad. Some of them are literally peeling off in layers. It’s so weird and grossing me out a bit. This never happened before I got pregnant.
I’m guests down to some sort of deficiency but I have no idea what?
I am mainly veggie and I already eat loads of veg.
