Anyone have endometriosis??

Question

Went to the Dr last Thursday and she is treating me for it. She has me on a birth control kinda pill to help ease the pain. Did the pill work for anyone? What will I go thru being treated for this?

The pill didn't work, lupron did work for me though. Was pain free for 3 years. Depo shot worked like a miracle drug for me. That was by far my favorite lol. Will definitely be getting back on when I'm done TTC. I had laproscopy last year to cauterize the implants, it worked but I do not like being put under and the healing sucked for me. 🍀

I've had it since I was 15. Tried the pill, didn't work. Tried lupron (false menopause), didn't work. Tried dep, didn't work. Ended up with a laparoscopy to burn/cut it out. Goes away and comes back every so many years for myself and my sister. I've had 3 surgeries to remove it and my sister's had 2 surgeries. Good luck to you my dear!!

I have been diagnosed since 2012 had a lap and only one shot of Lupron and bc it worked for up until about the beginning of this year no pain or irregular periods but it's back and I just started ttc with my husband I feel like it's worse than before blahhhhh it sucks
