Been put on bed rest this early 😩

I had a small bleed at about 8 weeks and they told me to take it easy then this week (13) had another and they did a scan and it’s quite bad I have been told in the word of the doctor good old Victorian bed rest from now on to try and keep the baby in as long as possible ( I have had 3 previous placenta abruptions) this is going to be a longgggg pregnancy and a painful one at that anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my mind busy I’m going out my mind already 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️cook baby cook.
