Pregnant with no symptoms

I'm 8 weeks and I have no symptoms whatsoever. I haven't seen a doctor yet, my appointment is set for July 3rd however I'm worried that something is wrong with my baby. I occasionally take hpt to make sure my hcg levels are increasing which it has....at the point the test line is darker than the control. I don't know if that's enough to say that the baby is growing and is ok. In a weird way I wish I had symptoms to confirm is doing It's job. Has this happened to anyone before? And was your baby ok?
