unfortunate period timing 🙄

so I got into this summer camp at northwestern and I’m soooo excited!!! I’ve been packed literally since tuesday and I’m kinda freaking out. the thing is, I’ll be living there for 2 weeks and guess when my period starts. today. I leave tomorrow. ughhhhhhhh. I’m just super nervous about bleeding on the dorm room bed or not bringing enough pads, or a million other things that could go wrong just because my uterus is pissed at me. I was so excited for the camp, but now I’m just anxious. and I’ll be away from home, which is another source of stress. any advice?
