Should I block him ?

Question

My daughter’s father didn’t show up to the hospital and refused to sign birth certificate because we had got into an argument then later on I message his family what was going on.
I haven’t bothered him since he chose not to be in our daughter’s life but it’s been 3months and he’s on Instagram liking every picture of our daughter 
Should I confront him about it ?

I think you should and find out what he really wants.
It better now that she is little and doesn't understand what going on.
If he says,he doesn't want to be in her life then block him

I feel like it’s a much more complicated situation. You have a right to be angry, frustrated, hurt, and whatever else because of his behaviour but there’s more to it than that. I’m not sure what your relationship was like prior to pregnancy, but assuming it was decent enough that he was supposed to show up at the hospital. 
Some men don’t know how to act. They get scared, they get egotistical, they let others get into their heads. That doesn’t mean that you need to be patient with him, but I would say just leave him and let him come to you in his own time. He might never and that’s on him. Blocking him isn’t going to change anything and confronting him might just scare him more. 
In the meantime, I’d reach out to his family and ask if they want a relationship with your daughter, if you haven’t been already, and make it known that you aren’t going to hide your daughter away from anyone just because he can’t figure out how to step up. 
Sorry you have to deal with that cowardly behaviour!
