Confused

So here’s a lil back story I’ve been on and off with a guy for 6yrs and in that time I’ve fallen pregnant for him twice.. the 1st time he made me get rid and the 2nd it was a mutual decision (even doe I want more kids) well recently he told me he loved me and I ignored it and then the other night he said it again and took my patch off... I’m confused as I was pregnant earlier this year (2nd pregnancy)... I put my patch back on.. but I’m wondering if I should sit down and have a chat with him or just keep it on and not mention it.. we’ve both got kids and don’t live together but I love him so much I’m just scared that il fall pregs and he’ll change his mind 🤯☹️ I’m not sure what to do
