Cosleeping to crib

So I’ve coslept with my daughter in my bed since she was 6 weeks ( no hate please ). I was breastfeeding and it was just the best choice at the time since i had to keep an eye on her because of her bad reflux and everything . Well now she’s almost a year old and I’m ready to transition her into her own room into her own crib and I’m looking for some advice on how to do it. I’ll rock her to sleep, put her in and then after about an hour she wakes up crying. I tried the cry it out method once but she cried for so long even after me rubbing her back and everything . I just don’t know what to do 🤦🏽‍♀️
