Opinion pleaaaase!

I just got home from the hospital and got my blood work done.. they said my hcg was 18 .. and that I’m in between and that I have to be 25 in order considered pregnant so I’m going back to an ob Wednesday to get rechecked and see if my hcg level went up or not.. I had five positive pregnancy tests they said I may be early. I went to the hospital bc I started spotting and minor cramps I looked it up and it said it may be implantation bleeding but idk.. what do you guys think!!?
