Alcoholic?

I suffer from insomnia. I’ve tried everything and nothing helps!

I noticed a few weeks ago that I actually fall asleep fast and sleep well after I’ve had a drink.

For the past couple weeks I’ve had one or two glasses of gin and tonic almost every night.

Does having just one drink before bed every single night qualify as an alcoholic?

I never get drunk, not even really tipsy.

Edit:

I have tried CBD, melatonin, magnesium, sleepy tea, meditation and changing my sleep schedule and nothing has helped for more than a couple days.
