Gut instinct...?

I had some bleeding awhile ago and it ended up being a small hemorrhage which they said was normal and baby and everything was fine but I did have a low lying placenta (possible placenta previa) I’ll be 18 weeks on Thursday, since then, I’ve had random wet spots in my underwear, everyday, doesn’t smell like urine. Today I had a little spotting, headaches and consistent back pain. I just don’t know what’s normal and what’s not and something is screaming at me that something is wrong. I feel way smaller than I did early in this pregnancy and no movement, which I know is probably okay. I just don’t know. If this were you would you just ignore it and go on or go to a walk in and get checked...?
