Need opinions

Okay guys I’m 32 weeks pregnant so I have been having severe pain in my upper abdomen like scale 1-10 it’s an 11 my lower back hurts so bad and there’s a lot of pressure on my hips I am nauseated, and literally feel like crap. I went to the doctor for reduced fetal movements my cervix is hard and long which is good they sent me to the hospital to be monitored they haven’t been able to see parts of his heart still in sonograms but they aren’t too worried but as I was watching his heartbeat it went from 167 bpm to 116bpm within seconds he was active. They said he’s perfect and sent me home I asked about these pains because they are literally the worst thing I’ve ever felt and they told me to take heartburn medicine and no prenatal for a little bit. I was in the er a couple weeks ago for these same pains they told me the same thing nothing helps no heartburn medicine no pain medicine and now it’s constant. I don’t think they treated me right at all they didn’t run any test at all what do y’all think?
