Help pls !!!

Hi can anyone help?

I’m 5 weeks 4 days pregnant and have a daughter already she’s in pre school!

Anyway, the whole house has caught worms from her😩😩 I cannot take any de wormers does anyone know anything else I can do? My doctor and midwife will not do anything for me and I’m at my Whitt’s end😭this is anonymous because I’m so embarrassed and feel so dirty 😩 can anyone help me please? What can I do?

*edit - I’m constantly washing my hands, shower every morning, changed all bedding and disinfected my whole house!
