Dance
I have no idea were to post this so it might be out of context (sorry). So I dance (not seriously) a couple of times a week. I have only been doing it for 2 years (btw I am 15 right now) and I am not very good. I really want to get better at it especially since I enjoy it so much. If there are any dancers out there I would love to hear some exercises or things to practice that can help me build muscles and over all improve my skills. By skills I mean technique, coordination, and grace.
