Upset belly?? TMI pic

I’ve had a very fussy baby all day. It’s been extremely abnormal for her. She is EBF and I just changed her diaper that smelled bad and looked like this. Normally, she has typical seedy yellow poop with no smell. She’s been grunting all day while stretching, turning red, crying. Is she sick or is this just a belly ache? She’s only 3 weeks old. I have just been putting her to the breast to soothe her all day and she is comforted somewhat easily by either breast or snuggles and swaying.
