How to fix a slacker boob?

Question

My baby never seems full after being on my left boob, he will stay on it for 20+ minutes and still cry for more and get frustrated towards the end, pulling off a bunch. But he usually milk-comas out after switching him onto the right. 
I don’t have an electric pump at the moment, just a manual and I don’t use it much yet. 
What’s the best way to help amp up my production on the left? Or should I just continue to feed on both sides every time?

Always latch on the left first and finish with the right. That way the left will be emptied frequently which will stimulate more production.

Left boob might just produce less, it happens sometimes as long as he’s getting what he needs, try to start with the left and finish out on the right. You’re doing the right thing mama

This is going to sound weird but I always liked my manual pump better, and I had a hospital grade pump with my fourth. I could express more faster.
