Possible hidden twin?

I’ve been having crazy dreams about twins since before I found out and I’m absolutely CONVINCED that it’s twin. I had a dating scan today and measured at 6weeks3days

And she says she thinks she sees just one but she kept rushing over a big open dark spot that looked like it had something in it and didn’t say anything else about it.

But I have to go back in two weeks for another scan to “check the heartbeat and make sure baby is growing”

Which is wild asf to me because I didn’t need to do this with my first.

What do y’all think? Heartbeat was 134 for my little bean though❤️💕
