30 weeks pregnant and I have a cold

I feel so sick. I have a cold cant breathe through my nose, congestion, body aches, fatigue, sore throat. No fever yet, I've been watching for that carefully. I was avoiding meds but I'm about to pull out the safe medication list my OB gave me at the start of pregnancy to see what I can take for relief.

Tips for surviving a cold 3rd trimester? Mostly just wanted to complain lol. Sorry. End rant.
