Babysitters
How much do you normally pay a babysitter? I'm with my 3 year old and one year old during the day while my husband works then he is with them when I work during the evening so we never have babysitters. My 14 year old neice will be watching my 2 kids for about 3 hours tomorrow while I go to a job interview and run a couple of errands. I'm wondering how much I should pay her.
