To all my vegetarian/vegan mom's to be or already moms
Since becoming pregnant I've basically lost all interest in meat, the only foods I can handle the taste of are chicken, eggs, and ground beef(very occasionally). I know I need to eat more protein but I'm just not sure where to get it. I am currently taking prenatal and have been since before I got pregnant, and I know how important protein is to both me and my baby, so if any vegetarian/vegan mom's could help me with some ideas of how I can get more protein I'd be grateful.
Side note I do eat beans but not always.
