Is nipple stimulation safe?
I’m about to be 39 weeks and I’ve read about nipple stimulation. Is that safe or okay? I’m already producing colostrum, and it comes out when I squeeze. But will the breast pump suck it all out? Lol. Or how do you nipple stimulate? Will baby be okay if I do this? I know these questions are probably ridiculous, but I’m a ftm and I just want background on everything lol
