All ‘back sleepers’ please help!! 😫

I’m 23 weeks pregnant, I do have a bump but I don’t feel like it’s heavy.

I’ve always had problems with my upper back and I sleep like a soldier! That’s the only way I can get a good night’s sleep. Now I’ve been reading about how bad it can be for the baby and I’m worried.

I’ve tried placing pillows everywhere, my arms start to go numb in a few minutes when I sleep on my side.

Does anybody have any suggestions, recommendations? 🙏🙏
