How do you carry baby things and babywear?

Question

How do you carry the stuff you need for changing the baby etc when you are taking the baby out in a sling or carrier. Do you take a changing bag or anything? 
I have a backpack and a sling and I think I’m carrying quite a lot and I’m not sure that’s what other people do.

Well if I’m going into the store or something like that I don’t really feel the need to bring my diaper bag in with me. I leave it in the car. If there is something I really end up needing I go out to the car and get it. Very rarely have I had to go out to the car and grab something.

I went to my local grocery store, bought a backpack and it carries everything I beed. I tried diaper bag with my first and I found it got in the way. Plus my backpack carries more stuff for my twins and 2 yo

Just a backpack with diaper mat (for changing anywhere anytime), diapers, and wipes, one change of clothes, a sippy cup, a few wash cloths, extra plastic bags for accidents, my tiny wallet/purse goes in too. That's it. The essentials.
