TMI - sexy time issues

whenever my man and I get busy, depending on the position during sex I get this sharpe- pressure type pain in my pelvic area. Sometimes I have to get him to stop it hurts so much. I’ve gone to my doctor and asked what could it be and m I was told it could be a bunch of different things- my time of the month is coming up - I’m not wet enough- I’m constipated etc .. none of that is an issue. What the hell do I do cause I like my sexy time and now I hardly feel like having it because of the pain I feel.

Anyone else have this issue??
