Implantation bleeding

This may be a stupid question so please forgive me. But can implantation bleeding ever be heavy? Or anyone ever had heavy implantation? I had my period at the beginning of the month. I'm now (according to the app) 5dpo and I just had 2 days of bleeding. Super light, and then a few hours of heavy, and then back to very very light. I'm always regular. Even when I had an IUD (still got periods ugh lol) my cycle literally never changed. For the first time ever (literally) I had this random bleeding.
