Please help

I don’t know if this is allowed in this group or not. I just need some help getting my mind off it. I noticed spotting last night and went to my ob today and they said baby was perfect and was moving all about. As the evening progressed I’m getting more painful cramps. This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first ended in a miscarriage and I’m praying this isn’t going to end the same way. Did any other moms have cramping and spotting at 11 weeks and be ok? I don’t know if you consider it spotting if it’s a light red every wipe. It hasn’t gotten darker.
