Teething

So my baby already has her 2 bottom teeth in and she is now cutting the 2 top teeth. She is 5 1/2 months old and these top ones are really bothering her. She had trouble with the first 2, but not like this. I’ve been up the past couple nights with her because of it and she’s been fussy during the days. I’ve tried Tylenol, teething toys, cold teething rings, cold wash cloth, Amber teething necklace, Sophie the Giraffe, nothing seems to be helping. Her Doctor said no orajel or tablets. Does any one have any other remedies I could try?
