Im so lost!

I dont get it, my opk’s had gotten lighter already took one today 6/7 dpo and its going up again 😭😭😭😭 why tho! When HCG test is negative!!! Can you ovulate twice ?

UPDATE: I test past LH surge/ ovulation bc i just came off of birth control, i have hypothyroidism, and my periods are irregular therefore, i test to get an idea of whats going on with my body and keep up with AF regularity etc!

And no im not using LH strips as pregnancy test, theres an HCG test there clearly im using the tests for what theyre meant for!
