18 dpo spotting?

This morning when I when to wipe I got light blood. I thought it could be my period because I’m 5 days late. I put a tampon in but 2 hours later when I checked it there was only 2 small spots on it and no more blood when I wiped. Could this be implantation bleeding this late? A little worried. Only experiencing light to no cramping/back aches and normally my cramps during period are really painful and my flow is usually really heavy right off the bat..
