Trust my birth control? HOW

Any tips on how to just trust your hormonal IUD? My partner and I are both clean of STD’s so we have sex without a condom and he pulls out. For the most part. Sometimes after we have sex I’ll go pee (cuz no STI’s here LOL) and I’ll just have his cum all around my vagina. Which makes me nervous. But I’m on the most effective birth control out there. So.. any tips on how to just stop being so paranoid and trust my IUD? We had sex for 9 months straight with just a condom + pull out because I wasn’t on anything. So I guess I’m just not use to sex without a condom even though I’m more protected then I was 9 months ago. HELP
