So I got this on my inner thigh right by my vagina, and it started off small and it didn’t bother me, but now it’s gotten bigger and harder, and I don’t know what it is. It really hurts, so does anyone have any ideas of what it could be??

I get them all the time.. it looks like an in grown hair. 
Try poking at it with tweezers. If nothing happens, try drawing salve... Like ichthamol. It'll draw it to a head.

Could be an infected in grown hair. Try gently taking tweezers to the head and see if you see any hair stuck in there.
