Average day

Hello,

For those who have a fairly new baby, how much of your day do you spend doing things for/with them? I feel like I spend nearly 24 hours in a day doing things for them. I was of course expecting it to be very demanding but it’s leaving me exhausted with absolutely no time for myself or the rest of my family, especially as they will not sleep unless it’s on me and even then it’s not for that long. Thanks
