Is it ok to let my son who is 5 month old to sleep in bed with me? I prefer that over crib! As it lets me sleep peacefully without jumping out of bed every now and then when he makes the slightest of noise. I have noticed that he sleeps well beside me!

It depends are you a light sleeper heavy sleeper ect in my opinion. I’ve bed shared with all 3 of mine . I’m a light sleeper they literally always took up one half of the bed I didn’t care if I was smashing my husband he would be fine lol.

This is my 5 month old this is how he sleeps every night usually he has pajamas on though . Right now he is just napping while I was the fifa World Cup! But we can’t say yes or no it’s a educated informed choice you have to make!

Bed sharing is a very controversial topic here. If you follow safe sleep guidelines for bed sharing then it's fine. Others will say it's not worth the risk and to follow ABCs. It's really your Choice. But whatever you decide to do please be smart about it

I’m an incredibly light sleeper so I sometimes sleep with my 8 month old in bed with me. I’ve never had an issue, I wake up the second he so much as opens his eyes or breathes heavier. Just don’t have more than one pillow or thin blanket and put your arm over it so it can’t be pulled up over babies face

My son is 20 months and has slept in our bed since about 1.5/2 months. Never had any issues at all, and our sleep got so much better once we started. Although now it’s worse because he likes to sleep sideways lol, so I recommend not doing it too long unless you want it to be really hard to stop.

I’ve had my son in bed with my since I don’t even know lol.... Like 6 months when he officially stayed in our bed? Lol.. 2 weeks and up, it was usually nights I didn’t wanna get out of the bed to give him the bottle lol.. So he went back and forth. I never used the crib, just in bed with me or in the pack n play. & Since he slept all night at 6 weeks, he started staying more in the bed with me 🤷🏻‍♀️ He’s 2.5 now & since like a year, he ‘chooses’ where to sleep 🤣  Having his lil sis in November so he’s been extra clingy and wanting to be in bed with me 💙 Baby will be in the pack n play and I bet eventually with us but I’ll try not to aha
