Feel guilty whenever I masturbate or watch porn

I know that I’m an adult and it’s perfectly legal, normal and natural, yet whenever I masturbate or watch porn I feel really guilty... I was raised catholic and i feel extra sensitive to this stuff bc I’m a lesbian and lesbians are already so overly sexualised that I feel like I’m contributing to it?? Idk but I thought posting about this and getting some reassurance from fellow women would help :( I shouldn’t have to feel guilty about it, right?
