How do I shut off my brain?
I work Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed, and Thurs 1 to 10pm sometimes 2 to 10pm. When I get home I usually have something little to eat, watch the news and days of our lives, take a bath or shower, and go to bed, but at 3am or later I'm still awake. I can't seem to go to sleep unless I take tylenol PM. Help!
