Diarrhea in 10 month old

So my 10 month old started having diarrhea last week (2x a time) and had a high fever , we took him to the doctor that night and then the next morning as well , his fever went down within a few days and stayed down thankfully but his diarrhea got worse , Wednesday night he woke up covered in it and had it bad Thursday all day close to 15 times, took him back to the doctor they did a culture and he has Sapovirus and a e-coli which was weird bcz we haven’t traveled anywhere or even taken him anywhere the whole week before, anyway he still has diarrhea close to 10 times a day.. it’s not a whole lot but it’s def there and at night he has leaked through I started putting cotton wash clothes in his diaper. Anyone have any ideas on what to do.. I’m pushing liquids, he’s eating pretty good and drinking pedialyte and taking probiotics . Now my three year old has a fever so any suggestions would be great!!
