Is this norma/okay?

I’ve been hanging out and hooking up with this guy a lot for the past 3 weeks. At first I thought maybe it was a one night stand but then he wanted to go out on what seemed like dates to me. We hung out a few days ago and he spent the night again and hung out with me all the next day. I asked him what we are and he basically told me that he wouldn’t drive as far as he does to me if it was nothing. He also said he doesn’t pay attention to other girls. He even showed me everything in his phone (I didn’t ask) just to prove to me that he doesn’t talk to anyone. We hung out yesterday and today and we followed each other on insta. I noticed he likes a lot of girls pics...is this normal or okay? Even after what he said?
