EARLY TWIN SYMPTOMS? What did you experience?

I got a faint positive at only 6 dpo and at 8 dpo got two BFPs. 
According to my app i am 3 weeks and 6 days and have already been experiencing cramping that alternates both sides of my uterus, extreme fatigue, heartburn, breathlessness, cravings/aversions, and severe baby brain since my BFPs and today am experiencing lots of round ligament pains in my groin area.
My mother is a twin and there are triplets on my dads side. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I have this eerie feeling there’s more than one baby, lol. 
Has anyone experienced very early pregnancy symptoms and found out it was twins?

I had feeling on both sides of my stomach but never thought anything of it and later had server tiredness

No, I didn’t have much in the way of symptoms early on. It sounds like you have twins in your family so you might have reasonable chances, but there’s no way to know if you’re having twins before an ultrasound - symptoms don’t tell you anything. Good luck with your pregnancy.
