Multiple nipples ...

Okay so my thigh has had these weird bumps for 4 months now. It just started with one huge bump. I drew a circle around it to track growth and it looked like a third nipple no joke lol. So now I call them my extra nipples as a joke. But now there’s multiple bumps and they keep getting big? The first one finally shrunk but now is the one on the far bottom that looks like a small chunk of skin was removed? Does anyone know what this is? They turn black when they grow. These other ones still haven’t gone away and it’s been 2-3 months. I don’t think it’s pimples because I’ve cared for them as that and nothing happened. I’m not sexually active so it can’t be anything in that nature. I don’t currently have a primary care doctor and I was let go from my job recently so I can’t exactly afford to go to the doctor...
