Opk detecting pregnancy?

I'm not ovulating. I know my body perfectly. I'm the same every single month for years. I took a opk just to take it. Seriously expected it to be negative but it was positive. I've read that an opk can predict pregnancy. Have any of you had this happen?

OPKs can pick up some HCG in your system, just as it picks up LH.

I have! My opk was so so so dark! The test line was so dark it didn't leave much dye to dye the control line! I had already had a missed AF and BFP though
