Was he right? Or she right?

2 years ago my teacher wanted to have an open discussion about school shootings and one of the questions was why do they happen? This one boy said he knows that lots of times it’s because of bullying and he said that if people weren’t such babies about it then there wouldn’t be shootings and this girl in my class said people can’t help the way they feel and I agree with her but that doesn’t mean that that gives people the right to do stuff like that (bully or shoot) that boy seemed to be insensitive to the fact that people have feelings and later on in the year I felt like he was bullying me
